The National Council of Management is elected from the membership and undoubtedly comprises of some of the most highly respected agents in the entertainment industry. The council meets each month to discuss the affairs of the Association, manage its business, develop policy and act on matters affecting agents and their clients.
The Council of Management offers facilities for conciliation in industrial disputes. It also acts as impartial arbitrator should differences arise between members in the normal course of business, thus saving time and, more importantly, the expense of litigation.
