Our Race Nights arrive fully self contained and include a professional compere with quality PA equipment, a 16mm overhead projection system, a full selection of recorded races, tote betting tickets and a show that lasts between 2 ½ to 3 hours.
Our TOTE RACE NIGHT is based on the Tote betting system and ensures that a pre-set percentage of all takings is guaranteed. The compere will work alongside the event organisers who will be responsible for handling the cash taken on the night. This style of race night is best suited to fundraising events, and generally proves to be a very profitable way of raising money for your cause. All you have to provide are a few volunteers to take in the money on each race.
Our ASCOT RACE NIGHT is hosted by a professional compere and also one or more professional assistants, depending on the volume of people attending the event. The betting is based on the RACECOURSE bookmakers' system and involves the use of 'fun' money which can be gambled according to the prices on the bookmaker's board. The winner is the person that has accrued the most profit and prizes are at the discretion of the organisers. This style of race night is best suited to corporate events where you don't really want your most cherished business clients to end their evening with empty pockets! This event requires a minimum of one assistant for up to 100 people and an additional assistant for every 50 people thereafter.
