Gordon Sherry is one of Scotland’s best-known golfing personalities and a hugely entertaining after dinner speaker, combining humour, honesty and fascinating stories from the very top level of the game. At 6ft 8in, Gordon remains the tallest player ever to compete in The Masters, making him an unforgettable figure on and off the course.

As an amateur, Gordon enjoyed a superb career, winning the prestigious Amateur Championship in 1995 and representing Great Britain & Ireland in the victorious Walker Cup team. His success also earned appearances at both The Open Championship and The Masters Tournament.

Turning professional in 1996, Gordon competed around the world and won the Mauritius Open in 1997. Along the way he shared fairways and locker rooms with legendary names including Tiger Woods, Tom Watson, Jack Nicklaus, Arnold Palmer and Gary Player, giving him a unique insight into life at the very top of professional golf.
