Sadly, the time has come to sell our much-loved family villa in Spain. The villa has been in our family since 1987 and has always been carefully looked after and maintained to a high standard.


Occupying approximately 833m² of mature and well-maintained grounds, the villa offers around 183m² of living accommodation together with spacious outdoor areas designed for enjoying the Spanish climate and lifestyle.


Peacefully positioned at the end of a small row of just eight villas, the property enjoys a particularly quiet and private setting, surrounded by mature greenery with lovely views towards the mountains beyond.

The living room seating area offers a calm and welcoming atmosphere with lovely views towards the surrounding gardens. The impressive built-in pellet fire, installed within the original fireplace, provides both efficient heating and a particularly cosy focal point during the evenings. The villa will be sold fully furnished, allowing the property to be enjoyed from day one.



The dining area forms part of the spacious main living space and has a warm, traditional Spanish feel, with solid wood furnishings and plenty of room for family and friends to gather comfortably around the table. The generous layout makes the area ideal for relaxed evening meals, entertaining and year-round living.

In addition to the contemporary kitchen installation, the villa was fully rewired and upgraded to a 9.2kW electricity supply, allowing modern appliances and air conditioning to operate comfortably at the same time.


The spacious master bedroom comfortably accommodates a super king-size bed while still retaining an open feel. Extensive fitted storage is provided by large double wardrobes together with additional overhead cupboards extending to ceiling height.

The bathroom was modernised as part of the extensive 2019 refurbishment programme and includes a full-size bath with shower, heated towel radiator and contemporary fittings throughout. The same quality floor tiling used across the villa continues into the bathroom, helping maintain a bright, clean and consistent feel throughout the property.


Passing through the south-facing sunroom, the villa opens into a fully self-contained one-bedroom annex with its own private rear access from the garden. Designed as a flexible additional living space, the annex includes a comfortable lounge area, fitted kitchen, double bedroom and shower room, making it ideal for visiting family, guests, longer stays or potential independent accommodation. The open-plan living room and kitchen combine neatly together to create a warm and practical everyday space.


The annex double bedroom is a quiet and comfortable space, featuring extensive wraparound fitted cupboards providing excellent storage throughout. A large side window brings natural light into the room and overlooks some of the most established greenery in the garden, adding to the peaceful feel of the space.


Completing the annex accommodation is a compact and well-maintained shower room, finished in warm neutral tones with natural light from a frosted side window. The room includes a walk-in shower area, WC and wash hand basin, providing practical day-to-day facilities while maintaining the clean and comfortable feel found throughout the annex.
