ELECTRIC CHERRIES is a high energy five piece band from Inverness, playing a mix of pop and disco classics and modern chart toppers. The band formed in early 2020 with an already tight-knit core of experienced musicians from previous bands: Dave Rudge on guitar/vocals and Martin Bell on bass added powerhouse vocalist Jenna Ross and keyboard maestro Alasdair Murden to create the perfect lineup.
The band’s philosophy is to play live music, with energy for dancing and to create the best party atmosphere possible. Playing everything live, the band does do not use backing tracks. Electric Cherries also plays live ceilidh music and are happy to call the dances as needed. Your event is the band’s priority always happy to work with clients to tailor services to suit, learn new songs for first dances, etc.
Based in Inverness, Electric Cherries caters for weddings and private functions, including a full lighting and sound rig to suit the venue.
The band are full of energy and love to party, and the high energy and up-tempo vibes will make sure your event goes off in style!
